Culture Fitness a new alternative in the television, which will be transmitted by Cable Wave Sports to promote the culture of the physical health.
Panama, on July 3, 2009. - From Sunday, the 5th of July the new program Culture comes to the screens in Panama Fitness, which will be transmitted by Cable Wave Sports, with a dynamic and innovative format. Culture Fitness thinks about how to encourage the physical culture across the whole country and this way to turn into a factor of change of the life style of the Panamanian ones.
Culture Fitness, it will have in his staff of professional collaborators highly qualified on the subject of physical activity as they it are: personal trainers, nutricionistas, physiologists, medical specialists in sport, psychologists, physiotherapists between others, which will offer to the hearing information updated to all those who practise some sports discipline or want to realize physical activity.
The company in charge of the production of this program is Dec Solutions and his presenters are Brown Luis Carlos Santamaría y Vanesa, both presenters with a big knowledge in sports matter and of the health. Luis Carlos, counts with 20 years of experience like physical trainer, and has stood out in the preparation of Panamanian athletes like Eileen Coparropa, Gary Saavedra, between others. At present he is a trainer in the Center of Physical Conditioning of Sport Tek. For his part Vanessa possesses a certification as personal physical coach granted by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and she was the first finalist of Miss Hawaiian Tropic 2007.
The segments are directed to publics with different interests, but with a common end, to realize physical activity. There will present the segments of Cardio Zone to themselves, From the office, Fashion Fit, Consultations with the Trainer, Learning to Eat, Training with the famous persons, Cultura Extrem, for emphasizing some.
Culture Fitness will be the shop window to learn advices, skills and health tactics, in addition to methods to exercise that they will help not only to support a firm figure and in form, but also a healthy body of integral form.

To feel and to turn out to be beautiful needs often of a lot of care of our body and mind, yes, because to feel good with ourselves we must love and accept us inside and on the outside and overcome these complexes that we have and that can arrange with some physical activity but without putting in danger our health.
For the care of our body we have to contribute balance to all the aspects that they affect to our physical and emotional balance for example: One of the priorities for our organism is the nutrition, eating recovered, we must know how to choose a balanced diet, as varied as possible and that it adapts itself to our climate, to our physical constitution and to our nutritional needs as our activity.
Sometimes our more and more sedentary work and the fact of moving to any part in car or another way of transport does that many women need to practise an extra physical activity like the sport, the physical activity it can include activities of the daily routine, like the tasks of the hearth,
to go to the buy, to work, nevertheless it is necessary to realize exercises at least 30 daily minutes, something of cardio would be well (to walk, to trot, to run, to swim, to dance, to use caminadoras, climbers, to handle bicycles to do steps the last one can be replaced for raising and several times lowered stairs.
